Welcome to our new Staff: Joy Buzzard

Joy Buzzard, Director of Finance and Operations

A Richmond native, Mrs. Buzzard grew up in Lakeside and graduated from Henrico High School.  She studied at Virginia Tech and has a B.S. in Accounting. Prior to coming to TNCS she previously served as Financial Administrator for the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia for 15 years.

Mrs. Buzzard is married with 2 children, and in her free time heads to the mountains for fishing and camping with family and friends.
