New Faculty Spotlight: Nick Creasey

Meet another of our new faculty members! Nick Creasey is joining both our Arts and Health & Wellness departments. He will be teaching photography, health, and coaching soccer!

Nick Creasey has roots just south of Richmond in Chesterfield County with a life-long interest in art and soccer. He attended and received a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Longwood University. During college, Nick represented the United States of America playing for the U.S. Paralympic Men’s National Soccer Team for 6 years. Since his retirement in 2015 he has continued in the soccer community traveling the nation as a referee. While teaching this past year in Chesterfield County Public Schools, at Monacan High School where he attended as a teen, he also earned his second endorsement in Health & Physical Education. Nick is eager to get started with a hard work ethic and creative mindset of which he hopes to inspire students, faculty, and the tight knit community of The New Community School.
