Corynne Arnett

Corynne Arnett is senior vice president–Regulatory Affairs & Customer Experience at Dominion Energy, Inc. She leads utility regulatory strategy, filings and proceedings for Dominion Energy’s operating companies, and is responsible for customer experience strategy, customer service, and revenue management for Dominion Energy’s more than 7 million electric and gas customers. Arnett joined the company as a tax professional in 1997. Since then, she has held numerous financial management and leadership positions in accounting, tax, and investor relations. She was named vice president-Financial Management in 2014 and served as the business unit chief finance officer for Dominion Energy’s portfolio of electric power generation facilities. In 2018, she became vice president-Customer Service, for Dominion Energy Virginia and was promoted to her current position in December 2019. Prior to joining the company, she served for four years in tax practice in public accounting. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in taxation from Virginia Commonwealth University. Arnett currently serves as chair of the board of directors of the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg and as treasurer of the board of directors of the Library of Virginia Foundation. Previously, she was appointed by Governor McAuliffe to both the Virginia College Building Authority and the board of visitors of Norfolk State University; and served as president of the Parent’s Association, chair of the strategic planning committee, and treasurer of the board of trustees for The New Community School where her son graduated in 2019. She lives in Richmond with her husband and two children.
